For the grand opening of the Community Centre next year, we started to make wallboards for the classrooms, which would be the place that provides free English lessons to the children living near the area. It involved cutting the long wooden boards into a desired length with the help of a rotating saw. Without much shade, beads of sweat dripped down my sawdust-covered face. Although it was physically challenging for me , I really enjoyed working with the other volunteers and staff.
The morning ended with a short 3V3 volleyball match. Surrounded by the giggling children, we had lots of fun after the hours of hard work.
